New Car Parking Payment System The new Car Parking System will start on Monday 29th February.

The New System uses Number Plate Recognition. On entry STOP in front of the Barrier, your Number Plate will be read and the Barrier will lift.

When you leave STOP in front of the exit Barrier and your Number Plate will be read. If your Registration Number is on the system the Barrier will lift and you can leave.

We recommend that YOU check at the Visitor Centre Office the First Time YOU use the New System as soon as you arrive in order to avoid any problem when you leave.

All Registration numbers recorded on our Database will be automatically loaded on the System. As long as you have advised us of any changes you have nothing to do.

The New System will not let you leave if your Registration Number is not on the System.

In this case you must go to the Visitor Centre 0900-1700 show your BFCC Membership Card and Car Park Card. Depending on how busy they are they will update your record on their system immediately or give you a onetime code to enable you to leave the Car Park and update the system asap.

If you are outside the Visitor Centre hours you could try Quench who will check your Membership and Car Park Card and give you an exit code OTHERWISE you will have to pay.

If you have a Replacement or Temporary vehicle YOU will need to take your BFCC Membership Card and Car Park Card to the VC to have the Temporary Number entered for the day, or to replace your existing vehicle permanently.

Don’t forget to tell us of your New Number as well.

Remember that the Parking Pass is only for 1 Vehicle per family in the Car Park. If you use two vehicles at the same time you need 2 passes or must pay for the additional vehicle for it to be able leave the car park.

If you do not have a Car Park Pass YOU can enter the Car Park for 30 Minutes for Drop-Off/Pick-Up but this will now be strictly enforced.
